Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with white piping, bordered along both the top and bottom edges with red rayon tresses bearing gold bullion wire oak leaves with details highlighted in golden yellow threading, overlaid by a central white rayon disc trimmed with gold bullion wire piping, in turn bearing a black mobile swastika similarly trimmed with gold bullion wire
