The enormous numbers of allied aircraft that were involved in this operation was reported by Air Force veterans who took part to be some eight miles long and some five miles wide

An Early French Order Of The Legion Of Honour; Legionnaire (Knight From March 1, 1808) Hold Punjab Medal - 61st FootFrance: Model of the First Empire, Type III (1806 1808); Silver with blue, white and green enamels, hallmarked with a fasces (made in Paris) on the ring, 37. 3 mm x 56. 7 mm inclusive of its crown suspension, frayed original ribbon, chipping evident in the white enamels on the arms and the green enamels on the wreath, the blue enamels on the centrepiece rings unaffected, very fine condition and scarce.
