Constructed of silvered zink with a magnetic metal backpalte, the obverse consisting of a laurel branch wreath with a central steering wheel, affixed to a field grey wool backer with dual reverse attachment prongs, unmarked, the badge measuring 41 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
