Constructed of silvered bronze, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, the obverse bearing a central wreathed date of 1939, the twelve oclock arm topped by an eyelet and ring retaining an original length of shortened neck ribbon, unmarked, measuring 52 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
