Constructed of reinforced a red cotton rayon blended cloth, bearing double sided white discs measuring 26 cm in diameter situated just off centre, in turn bearing black mobile swastikas, the hoist edge reinforced at each corner with an additional red cotton rayon blended squares, in turn topped by a layer of white cotton featuring a hollow channel through which is looped and original drawstring, stamped with a mark of GSCH indicating
