An eight rayed silvered bronze star, the vertical and horizontal arms are gilded while the diagonal arms are silvered, with a white enameled eight pointed, four armed Maltese cross, bordered with wide, golden edges and tipped with golden finials, gilded swords cross mounted at 12 o'clock arm, at the center shows a green enameled Gold crown, bordered by
