Instituted in 1914, discontinued in 1943. Of extremely high quality, crafted in Gold with red, white and green enamels, measuring 49. 5 mm (w) x 81 mm (h), 18. 9 grams, inclusive of its crown suspension, on a replacement full length neck ribbon, flawless enamels, near mint.
