Constructed of oval aluminum with a pebbled finish; the obverse depicting a gilded aluminum droop tail Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika in its talons; the reverse with a latch; marked OLC for Overhoff & Cie, Ldenscheid on the reverse; with a dual prong spring bar, and aluminum catch; measuring 53 mm (w) x 48 mm (h); in overall near mint condition.
