Germany, Heer. An Artillery/Assault Gun Crewman’s Field Jacket United Republic of marked "800" (silver) and stamped(Panzerjacke fr Mnner der Artillerie Sturmgeschtze). An exceptionally well preserved Heer Artillery Assault Gun crewmans field jacket, constructed of smooth field grey wool. It features a wide turned down collar transitioning into double breasted flaps, and is flanked on each side by tabs. The latter are constructed of a field grey wool base, trimmed along the outer edge with red piping, and bear insignia consisting of a silver grey rayon backer
