Footnote: The headquarters of the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry on mobilization was Valcartier, Quebec. The Battalion sailed October 3, 1914 with a strength of 33 officers and 1,083 men under the command of Lieutenant Colonel F. D. Farquhar, DSO.
