A II Class Cross constructed of a gilded bronze cross with arms of equal length in the form of lilies, each flower divided into three parts with two outer petals enamelled in red and the central petal in white, between the cross arms are gilt roses, the obverse centre is enamelled in white with a gilded frame, bearing a portrait of the patron saint Elisabeth
