Instituted 3 July 1857 by Prince Georg Viktor. (1903 1918 issue). Constructed of gilded silver, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a bow tie ribbon, topped by a red and white enameled crown with a pebbled gilt frame, in turn culminating in a suspension loop retaining a period original ribbon, featuring a central blue enameled disc, in turn overlaid by a
