C. 1942 60, as well as a C Broadarrow on the chinstrap. Although the liner of the helmet has been lost, the important features and characteristics are visible on the exterior of the helmet. In period paint, the ship name " H. M. C. S. HAIDA" as well as the owners name " P. E. LAWRENCE" are hand painted on the helmet rim. The exterior paint of the helmet is the usual dark blue green
