The one hander section has a spring loaded clear cover with RFID blocking. The badge is mounted to the cover. Push the cover open with one hand to present the badge for scanning without removing the card; it springs closed automatically to re engage RFID blocking. The opposite section is open faced and non RFID blocking, holding a second badge without a cover.
