Germany, HJ. A Field Cap certificate_of_authenticity Coventry at Mediterranean Station on(HJ Sommer Mtze). A well preserved HJ field cap, constructed of khaki tan cotton. The cap is fully surrounded by stylized side walls which are trimmed along the seam with red piping. Stitched onto the lower peak is a machine embroidered multi coloured HJ insignia measuring 15 mm (w) x 25 mm (h). A buckram internal reinforcement is palpable along the lower edge, measuring approximately 20 mm in width, to maintain the caps structural integrity while in
