Instituted in 1945. In silver with red and white enamels, unmarked, measuring 38. 5 mm (w) x 42. 0 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, small enamel chips to the white of the cross, very light contact overall, ribbon is original but tattered, better than very fine.
