The recipe came to us via Lisa Allen's college roommate, Sarah Forga, who spent time brewing in Munich. This is a very traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen with notes of banana in the nose and a flavor of cloves and other spices. This is our summer seasonal and is typically available May through August.
