B. Black, delt. H. Adlard, sc. Jas. Wm. Gilbart, F. R. S. General Manager of the London & Westminster Bank.' In pencil lower left '1846'. James William Gilbart was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1846. Original: stipple engraving. ca. 1850
