Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse overlaid by a raised Ordnungspolizei insignia, the reverse with an oval medallion bearing an inscription of FR TREUE DIENSTE IN DER POLIZEI (FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE POLICE), unmarked, measuring 43. 22 mm (w) x 48. 43
