Instituted in 1925. Three piece construction, in silver gilt with blue, red, white and green enamels, hand painted image on the white enamelled centrepiece, maker marked "la royale RIO BRASIL" on the reverse, measuring 72. 5 mm (w) x 72. 5 mm (h), vertical pinback, intact enamels, extremely fine. Footnote: The National Order of the Condor of the Andes is a state decoration of Bolivia that was
