Constructed of silvered tombak, presenting as an oval oak leaf wreath, with central Wehrmacht style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, on top of a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, the reverse with a ball hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 44. 12 mm (w) x 53. 67 mm (h), weighing 33. 7 grams, in near mint condition.
