One end features a 16 mm wrench flat for raised adjusting cups, while the opposite end has two prongs spaced 23 mm apart (centre to centre) for recessed slot cups. These fittings are commonly found on older bicycles and budget friendly models, including department store bikes. Built to last, the wrench is heat treated and nickel plated to resist corrosion and
