Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a raised HJ style German national eagle, situated within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of BLUT UND EHRE (BLOOD AND HONOUR), the reverse with a loop and attachment claws emanating from a functional roller, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M4 55 for Julius Kremp, Ldenscheid, with the roller retaining a fully intact HJ issue RZM label,
