Cambodia, French Protectorate. A Royal Order of Cambodia, IV. Class Officer Knight, c. 1920 Republic of One for a second Black(Ordre royal du Cambodge). Instituted February 8th, 1864. Constructed of gilded silver, consisting of an eight pointed star with multi faceted rays, the obverse with an elongated oval dark blue enameled medallion bearing the Cambodian Coat of Arms in gilt surrounded by a red enameled border, the reverse plain, suspended from a hollow swivel Cambodian Royal crown and swivel ring from its period original ribbon featuring a rosette, unmarked, measuring
