A Waffen SS Medical Enlisted personnel shoulder strap, constructed of black wool, trimmed with dark blue piping, the reverse with a layer of field grey cotton twill forming an integral strap featuring a layer of field grey wool, unmarked, measuring 48 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), a late war example in extremely fine condition. 2. An HJ uniform insignia, constructed of a white rayon base, the obverse bearing a
