We began by brewing our base farmhouse ale with an added 1,000 pounds of aromatic wildflower honey. Handpicked lavender grown at Eatwell Farms in Dixon, California was then added to each oak barrel as it aged, creating this funky, floral delight. Finished with a touch of coriander, ginger, and grains of paradise, a hint of minerality
