Insignia in silver gilt with red, white, blue and green enamels, cypher of Milan Obrenovi IV on the centrepiece, mounted to an eight pointed silver star base, each star point with five twin faceted rays, hallmarked with the Austrian coat of arms on the reverse, maker marked "C. F. ROTHE" and "WIEN" on the pin, measuring 88. 5 mm (w) x 96 mm (h), vertical pinback, scattered gilt
