KARAS WHITE WINE ARMENIA 2024 New Whiskey Fresh yellow nectarines with aSoil Volcanic in origin, lightly eroded clay formed by basalt, high levels of carbonate and limestone, volcanic tuff and alluvial stones. Climate continental highlands climate with hot summers and cold dry winters. Vinification Hand harvested grapes are pressed. After a cool 24 hour decantation process, the juice is fermented for 20 days at 14 16 degrees centigrade. Grape varieties: Blend of Kangun, Chardonnay & Viognier.
