Constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing a central raised NSV insignia, circumscribed by an inscription of MITGLIED DER NS VOLKSWOHLFAHRT GAU KLN AACHEN (MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL SOCIALIST PEOPLES WELFARE GAU KLN AACHEN), with three holes for attachment, unmarked, measuring 77 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
