Germany, Luftwaffe. An Officer’s Dress Dagger, by Alcoso certificate_of_authenticity a Prologue and a Preamble(Luftwaffe Dolch fr Offiziere). An extremely well preserved Luftwaffe Officers dress dagger, measuring 45 cm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 26. 5 cm long, nickel plated, magnetic steel blade which retains factory original sharpening to both the edges and tip, as well as a rich cross grain throughout. The reverse ricasso bears a makers mark of ALCOSO, SOLINGEN, for the former firm of Alexander Coppel, circumscribing the
