An Order of Merit, Second Class Commander, by A.Bertrand, c.1970 Newly Listed 4th Canadian Division: British-madeIn silver gilt, featuring a ten pointed star with alternating green and white enameled rays, centre with gilt elephant flanked by laurels and "Merite Ivoirien" with laurel and elephant tusk suspension, measuring 54 mm (w) x 95 mm (h inclusive of laurels and ball suspension), with elongated loop and full length neck ribbon, extremely fine. In case of issue, marked Arthus Bertrand Paris on interior lid, also extremely fine.
