An Order Of Andrés Bello, I Class Grand Cross Star, C.1970 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Group of Six to Naik(Orden Andrs Bello). Instututed in 1965. Insignia in bronze gilt with blue enamels, mounted to a silvered metal eight pointed star base, each of the star points with five emanating rays, maker marked "RUSSELL UNIFORM CO. NEW YORK" on the reverse, measuring 82 mm (w) x 85. 5 mm (h), vertical pinback flanked by dual stays, intact enamels, scattered silvering and gilt wear, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Andrs Bello was instituted in 1965
