Constructed of lacquered dark brown wood, the lid bearing a hand etched dedication of FROM HERBERT TO JANE, opening with dual functional hinge to reveal a hollow interior, fastening closed with a sliding clip, the base bearing an additional hand etched dedication of BERMUDA 1914=1915 MADE BY A G.
