The result is fruity and smoky, with notes of stewed green apples, zesty orange peel and smoky peat. This second release of Elements really got Distillery Manager Barry MacAffer excited. The extended fermentation of up to 115 hours introduced some extra tropical fruit notes which perfectly balanced with the soft smokiness of the peat.
