Germany, Heer. An Army Em/Nco Belt Buckle By Brüder Schneider, C.1940 Auction Archive 15 mm x 11(Heer Koppelschloss). A Germany Army belt buckle constructed of stamped steel, painted field grey, presenting an eagle standing upon a mobile swastika encircled by the inscription GOTT MIT UNS (GOD IS WITH US) above and a wreath of oak leaves and acorns below, unmarked reverse, with brown leather tab, maker mark for Gbruder Schneider of Vienna and dated 1940, measures 63 mm (w) x 47 mm (h), and in very fine condition.
