Anhalt, Duchy. A Faithful Labour Medal Archive with sixteen pages of colour(Ehrenzeichen fr Treue in der Arbeit). Instituted 29 April 1895 by Duke Friedrich I. (1895 1918). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, the obverse bearing a raised and rightward facing profile of Duke Friedrich II, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse bearing a central wreathed inscription of FR TREUE IN DER ARBEIT (FOR FAITHFUL LABOUR), unmarked, measuring 32. 13 mm in diameter, weighing 14. 4 grams, in extremely fine condition.
