Germany, HJ. A Field Cap Province of China unstitched and measuring 540 mm(HJ Schiffchen fr Mannschaften). A well preserved HJ field cap, constructed of khaki tan cotton. It is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which slope downward toward the front, and which are trimmed along the top edge indicating issue to general personnel. Stitched onto the lower peak is a machine embroidered multi coloured HJ insignia measuring 18 mm (w) x 30 mm (h). The interior is fully encompassed by a multi piece slate grey rayon liner, and
