Fidencio Tierra Blanca Mezcal caskers lightly peated single malt hasMezcal: Fidencio Tierra Blanca Fidencio Tierra Blanca is made from 100% agave Espadn that is cultivated on the Jimenez estate in Santiago Matatln, Oaxaca. This agave is harvested after 12 years and pit roasted over black oak for five days. The Jimenez family discovered a small vein of chalky, white soil on their farm, and they planted 3 small batches of Espadin in the unique soil. The chalky, Champagne esque soil gives this Mezcal a deep minerality.
