Poland, Republic. An Order Of Polonia Restituta, Iii Class Commander, C.1925 Archive Apt to be a Battalion(Order Odrodzenia Polski). Instituted in 1921. Type I (1918 1939). In bronze gilt with red, white and blue enamels, type I with "1918" reverse, measuring 57. 5 mm (w) x 57. 5 mm (h), intact enamels, a few of the ball finials bent back, scattered gilt wear, accompanied by a replacement full length neck ribbon, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, red cloth exterior, marked with the order's insignia on the lid, inside lid in white
