Muller Newly Listed Instituted in 1905 by DukeIn bronze, the obverse bears the Latvian coat of arms, the three stars of the coat of arms have rays dispersing from them, below is a diamond shaped medallion with a sword over a crossed rifle and sword and a wreath, all encompassed by a wreath of oak leaves, with multiple cut out details, the reverse is plain and bears a screwback with two plates, the first is engraved with No. 79 ORDENU FABRIKA RIGA LATVIJA W.
