and a tight acid spine and serious but polished tannins nicely extending and framing the brooding fruit notes and peppery flintiness on the long
Michele et Patrice Rion, Chambolle Musigny Charmes other_regions_italy low-intensity fruit and integrated acidity(from 65+ year old vines; 25% whole clusters). Slightly more prominent though by no means dominant wood sets off a spicier array of poached plum, black raspberry, violet and rose petal. There is both more volume and richness to the seductively textured and concentrated but intense medium weight plus flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the impressively persistent, well balanced and solidly complex finale. Excellent.
