2017 Gobelsburg - Cistercien Rosé [MAGNUM] Barbera d'Asti with subtle notes of lemonMAGNUM (1. 5L) CISTERCIEN ROS For the Cistercien Ros, the Zweigelt, St. Laurent and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the cooler sites of Gobelburg and Langenlois are used. After the harvest, the grapes still with their stems are softly pressed and then fermented.
