I'm finding myself drawn to American eagles in all sorts of incarnations of late with a certain sense of urgency- at least in good part for fear of their extinction

Perhaps obvious to someone else, but I'm not sure if once part of a sign or a weathervane or what, but I'd guess the pointing fingers on these two articulated, painted tin men in bowlers were meant to point toward something!
