Pear - Black Halloween it is a functional workStoneware pear thrown as a closed form on the wheel in a speckled clay. Bisque fired once when dry, signed, waxed and decorated using a glossy black glaze. The piece is then placed back in the kiln for its final 1240 degree centigrade glaze firing. Each piece is one off and thrown by hand making it completely unique. Frost safe to 5 degrees celsius. Approximately 10cm wide x 12cm tall
