The palate is round and ripe with concentrated, flavorsome, yellow stone fruit. Bright, crisp finish with lingering pear flavor. A rich expression here. Juice from the subsequent harvest is added to make the second fermentation, using natural yeasts both for the first and second fermentation. 100 per cent fermented in barrel. Drink or hold.
