Pretty sophisticated, too, for a 7 or 8 year old, packing in all sorts of feelings of comfort and longing, presence and absence and that little puppy is pretty great! Making it even better is the notation by young S. Robert Sheridan's mother on the back of it: "Bob won third prize for this picture June 1945 when in 2a2 at
