Thin and persistent bubble of slow evolution, with good formation of rosaries. Aroma: clean and very fruity, with hints of apple, caramel notes and a background of fresh herbs and menthol balsamic touches. Final impression: elegant and balanced, fruity and fresh, with hints of ripe apple and syrups. Very well integrated carbonic, with excellent sugar acid balance. Long and delicate post taste.
