Vines over 35 years old. Simple Guyot pruning. Yield of 30 to 45 hl per hectare. Brown marl limestone substrate with clay. Hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard. Fermentation with 60% whole cluster for about four weeks. Pneumatic pressing and aged for 15 to 18 months in barrels (30% new). Michel Buisson was the third generation vigneron at this
