Ken Goldstrom c. 1970s Three Men Underground Bas Relief Ceramic Tile pottery signed davis 1830 British playing cards (aThis is the largest of three hand painted, hand sculpted vintage 1970s ceramic tiles by Ken Goldstrom that I just found in Maine, and which I think are just right and just terrific. Based in Beverly, MA, Goldstrom has been creating small scale ceramic sculpture and tiles in a similar manner for many decades (unbeknownst to me until now), which he describes as "typically playful, sometimes whimsical, sometimes dark." I think this is my very favorite of
