Liquid Farm, Santa Maria Valley Chardonnay Hermana Vintage:2021 I much prefer the 2010The 2021 Chardonnay La Hermana has pretty aromas of burnt lemon, tarragon, sour cream, matchstick and toast. The medium bodied palate is satiny and concentrated, its baked apple fruit still youthfully toasty. It is balanced by tangy acidity and finishes with great length and anchoring textural presence.
